Ansonsten Nachversteuerung bis maximal 10.5%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Hinzukommt eine Besteuerung der Gewinne auf Bundesstaatsebene. In Florida f\u00e4llt <strong>bis zu einem Gewinn von $50.000 keine Steuer<\/strong> an. Danach f\u00e4llt eine <strong>K\u00f6rperschaftsteuer von 5,5% auf Gewinne \u00fcber $50.000<\/strong>&nbsp;an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Eine&nbsp;<strong>Mehrwertsteuer\/VAT&nbsp;wie in Europa<\/strong>&nbsp;gibt es in den USA nicht.&nbsp;Die sog.
